Threat Awareness Specialist

During our exciting period of growth, we are looking to onboard an experienced and ambitious Threat Awareness Specialist to join our team.


Key Responsibilities

As our Threat Awareness Specialist within our Security Operations Centre, you will be instrumental in operational and customer delivery tasks. We are looking for a key player to apply and shape their communication and technical skills, to skilfully articulate security, risk and threat information to our customers. We are also keen to hear from those with data science and OSINT backgrounds.


What you’ll be doing

  • Communicating security and risk impacts to customers via reports and dashboards
  • Assisting customers remediate discovered Incidents
  • Developing a Threat Intelligence Platform and Service
  • Researching and communicating attack types and trends to our Engineers and Analysts to defend against


What experience you’ll bring

  • SOC Fundamentals & a drive to acquire certifications
  • IT & Security Infrastructure awareness (Firewalls; IDS/IPS; EDR)
  • Knowledge of OSINT and Threat Intelligence systems and platforms
  • Strong communication, written and spoken
  • Builds positive relationships quickly
  • Developed security metric and intelligence reporting and dashboarding
  • Managed or responded to cyber security incidents
