COVID-19: How SBL Will Keep Supporting Customers

Due to the recent Government announcement around COVID-19, we have closed our offices in York and London. This is to ensure that we keep all of our people safe and well, whilst also conforming to the Government advice.

We have practiced our working from home processes and we are confident that we can provide our full range of services to our customers. We remain available to speak with anyone using telephone or other non-face-to-face technology and our online support remains fully operational.

Internally, we have multiple communications options to keep in touch with all of our staff and therefore support our customers.

The Purchasing & Procurement Manager is in contact with our suppliers to gain assurance from them that they are also prepared for any unwanted outcomes from the COVID-19 virus.

Our Project Managers and Sales Staff are monitoring all our project timescales and product deliveries and will assist where necessary to ensure our services continue as required.

Our Logistics facility remains open and will continue to supply our products.
